No, GoCardless only asks for payment when a job is complete. It's perfect for collecting one off payments and regular payments for window cleaning
No, payment is only ever taken AFTER your windows have been cleaned.
No, the Direct Debit payment system by GoCardless is a variable Direct Debit meaning we will only collect the amount due for that particular window clean. It is linked directly to your window cleaning account.
Yes, GoCardless is linked to your window cleaning account so it will ask for payment for the first clean 3 to 5 days later.
No, Payments are only ever taken AFTER your windows are cleaned, if you are not having your windows cleaned for any reason payment will never be taken until you re-start your cleaning schedule.
Yes, GoCardless will allow us to take variable amounts at variable intervals. So “one off” payments for any “add on jobs” can be taken no problem.
Payment is collected 3 to 5 days after your windows have been cleaned. You will receive an email prior to your payment being taken informing you of the amount due and the date that the payment will be collected.
Go Cardless is one of the UK's largest Direct Debit providers and are closely monitored by the banking industry. They are authorised by the FCA and are used by some of the UK's largest companies including Virgin and Thomas Cook. Paying by Direct Debit is the safest payment method in the UK, as you are automatically covered by the Direct Debit guarantee.

Premier Reach & Clean Window Cleaning put their customers first. We believe that to succeed in a service industry you have to exceed and surpass your customer's expectations. We endeavor to satisfy our customer's wishes and we have procedures in place to rectify any problems which arise. We have enough staff to act promptly and put problems right quickly. All our staff are fully trained in Health & Safety procedures. All our company vehicles are sign written and all our staff wear the company name on their uniform, so you know who is working on your property.
We use pure water to clean your windows. This involves the use of carbon fibre telescopic poles, a soft brush and 100% pure water which we have filtered through a five stage filtration process. The pure water is then left on the windows to dry naturally without leaving any streaks or watermarks. Due to the "Working at Height Regulations 2005" we do not use ladders when cleaning your windows, our employee's feet are always firmly on the ground.
Our regular window cleaning round is Monthly (approx. 28 to 30 days) and Bi-Monthly (approx. 56 to 60 days).
We send an automated text to our customers the evening before we are due to clean to remind them to leave the gate open.
When we have cleaned your windows we will leave a payment slip which shows you how to pay. Just visit our website, go to the "Payments" page and complete the GoCardless Direct Debit form. This mandate only takes a minute to complete & you only have to do it once. If you are not in when we have cleaned your property, we won't make a return visit for collection. Payments are to be received within 7 days.
Yes, on every visit we clean glass, frames, sills & doors.
Yes, we can normally clean all hard to reach windows safely from the ground.
Yes, we clean windows in the rain. Rain water is relatively pure so doesn’t affect the quality of the clean. You can clean windows with pure water in all but the most torrential rain with satisfactory results.
The only weather conditions that would impact our operation would be, lightning storms, excessive wind and cold or extremely persistent heavy rain. In those conditions, we would simply re-schedule your appointment.
If we have cleaned your windows whilst raining and you are not completely satisfied with the results, let us know and we will happily return and do them again for free.
We only clean windows using a water fed pole because we believe it gives better results overall and is much safer for our employees.
Yes, we offer a 48-hour guarantee with all our window cleaning. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will come back and re-clean for free.
Yes, we have full public liability insurance which covers us up to £2,000,000.
Your windows, frames and sills should be perfectly clean and free of any watermarks. If your last window cleaner used soapy water and a cloth to clean your windows or your windows haven’t been cleaned for a long time you might notice a few spots or watermarks when the water has dried. This is totally normal for a first clean. The pure water draws out left over soap residue and dirt from the frames. After the second clean your windows will be totally spot free.
If you want to add the cleaning of your garage door just let us know. We charge £2.00 extra each visit for this service.
We only clean external windows.
Conservatory roofs are booked as a separate job and are not included in your normal window cleaning price. Please contact us if you would like your conservatory roof cleaned.
